The company was originally incorporated as ‘Company Limited by Shares’ under the name ‘Storage Technologies and Automation Private Limited’ under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and the Certificate of Incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, Bangalore on March 19, 2010, vide certificate of incorporation bearing issue by Central Registration Centre, Assistant Registrar of Companies, Karnataka. Subsequently, the company was converted into a public limited company vide special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on August 31, 2023 and consequently the name of the company was changed from ‘Storage Technologies and Automation Private Limited’ to ‘Storage Technologies and Automation Limited’ vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation granted to the company consequent upon conversion into public limited company dated October 12, 2023 by the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore.The company was incorporated in the year 2010 and is engaged into storage racking system. It specialises in design, manufacturing, installation services of metal storage racks, automated warehouses and other storage solutions.
