It provides Information Technology services and solutions and sale of licenses to customers across the United States of America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and India, with its registered office in Mumbai and operational headquarters in Bengaluru; the Company is listed on BSE and NSE. 

 

The Company’s operations span 12 offices in India and 21 international offices, serving markets across 7 Indian states and 17 countries; exports contributed 42% of turnover for the reporting year. Sonata serves sectors including Retail, Manufacturing, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS), Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT), and Emerging Technologies across America, UK, Ireland, Europe, ANZ and APAC . • Milestone: Sonata surpassed US$ 1 billion in consolidated revenue in FY24, with a goal to reach US$ 1.5 billion by end-FY26 for its International IT Services business, targeting EBITDA in the low-20s.
