Established in 2007 as a joint venture between BRN Industries and Maxtech Manufacturing Inc. (then Maxtech Sintered Product Pvt. In 2015, the Company entered into an equity and technology joint venture with Miba Sinter Holding GmbH, Austria, strengthening its global collaboration and access to advanced powder metallurgy expertise. Further milestones include product innovations such as mass balancer assemblies (2021), zero backlash gears (2022), rolling gears for two-wheelers (2023), and Soft Magnetic Composite (SMC)-based applications (2024). In 2025, Sintercom entered into a strategic collaboration to manufacture and supply SMC stators and components for electric vehicle (EV) motors, enhancing its transition towards future-oriented e-mobility technologies.
