OBSC Perfection Limited was incorporated as Private Limited Company under the name ‘OBSC Perfection Private Limited’, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, on March 17, 2017. The status of the Company was changed to public limited, and the name of the company was changed to ‘OBSC Perfection Limited’ vide Special Resolution dated March 26, 2024. The fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on June 28, 2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Omega Bright Steel Components Private Limited and Ashwani Leekha were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the Company.The company is a precision metal component manufacturer offering a diversified suite of precision engineering products which are high-quality engineered parts across end-user industries and geographies.
