About LMW Limited

LMW Limited, formerly Lakshmi Machine Works Limited, was incorporated in 1962 and is a diversified engineering company spanning textile machinery, CNC machine tools, high‑precision foundry castings, and aerospace components, headquartered in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The company operates major manufacturing plants across Perianaickenpalayam, Kaniyur, Arasur, Muthugoundenpudur, and Ganapathy, supported by captive renewable energy assets of 36.80 MW wind and 15 MW solar as of March 31, 2025. During FY 2024‑25, the corporate name changed to “LMW Limited” following shareholder approval on July 31, 2024, and ROC certification on September 25, 2024. Exports are primarily to Asia and Africa, with step‑down subsidiaries in China and the UAE under LMW Holding Limited, UAE, which consolidates international operations.
