KP Energy Limited (KPEL), incorporated in 2010, is Gujarat’s leading provider of Balance of Plant (BOP) solutions in the wind energy sector. The Company has evolved into a trusted turnkey partner for India’s renewable energy transition, offering services across the full lifecycle of wind and wind-solar hybrid projects — from site identification and acquisition to commissioning and operations. Its legacy is rooted in Gujarat’s renewable sector, but its reach now extends into emerging geographies, including offshore wind prospects.
Over the years, KPEL has achieved several milestones, including successful project executions across remote terrains, a listing on NSE and BSE main boards, and collaborations with industry leaders such as GE India, Suzlon Energy, Apraava Energy, and the Aditya Birla Group. By FY25, it had energized over 1 GW of renewable capacity on a consolidated basis, with a robust project pipeline exceeding 2.26 GW. In parallel, it has developed 48.5 MW of independent power producer (IPP) assets and an expanding O&M portfolio of over 546 MW, supported through its wholly owned subsidiary, KP Energy OMS Limited
The Company also holds the prestigious “Great Place to Work” certification, underscoring its focus on workplace excellence
KPEL operates through three synergistic verticals:

As of March 31, 2025, the Company has energized over 1 GW of renewable capacity, with an additional 2.26+ GW of projects in hand.
In FY25, EPCC contributed 96.9% of revenue, IPP 2.5%, and O&M 0.5%, making EPCC the Company’s flagship vertical.
