KPEL operates through three synergistic verticals:

  • Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC): The flagship division and core growth driver, contributing 96.9% of consolidated revenue in FY25. It provides turnkey BOP solutions including site identification, engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, commissioning, and grid integration.

  • Independent Power Producer (IPP): Comprising 2.5% of consolidated revenue in FY25, this vertical owns and operates 48.5 MW of renewable assets (37 MW wind and 11.5 MWDC solar), targeting 100 MW by FY27.

  • Operations & Maintenance (O&M): Through KP Energy OMS Limited, this segment manages both its own and third-party assets, contributing 0.5% of consolidated revenue in FY25.
