Kajaria Ceramics Limited is India’s leading tile maker, incorporated on December 20, 1985, and founded by Shri Ashok Kajaria in 1988, with Chetan Kajaria and Rishi Kajaria later joining the journey. The Company manufactures a full range of tiles—Ceramic Wall and Floor Tiles, and Polished and Glazed Vitrified Tiles—alongside bathware (faucets and sanitaryware under the Kerovit brand) and tile adhesives (GresBond). A pan‑India manufacturing footprint and a multi‑layered distribution network support its presence across the country, with plants also in Nepal through a joint venture.
Kajaria is recognised as India’s No. 1 Tile Company and the world’s 8th largest tile producer, with cumulative tile capacity of 90.50 Million square metres (MSM) across locations including Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Nepal . In FY25, tile sales volume was 114.69 MSM, underscoring scale despite a subdued sector backdrop . The Group comprises 10 subsidiaries and also operates through joint ventures in Nepal, the UAE and the UK, reflecting a measured international footprint . Operations span 11 plants and 65 offices in India, plus one plant and three offices overseas; Kajaria serves 36 States/UTs in India and 28 countries internationally.
