Kabra Extrusiontechnik Limited (KET), incorporated in 1982, is India’s leading manufacturer and exporter of plastic extrusion machinery and lithium-ion battery packs. The company is part of the Kolsite Group, which has over six decades of experience. KET holds a strong market leadership position in the plastic extrusion sector with more than 15,000 installations across 100+ countries. It has two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Daman, complemented by advanced R&D centres catering to extrusion technology.
The company also operates its battery division under the brand Geon (erstwhile Battrixx), focusing on lithium-ion battery packs and modules for electric mobility and energy storage applications. Geon runs a dedicated battery manufacturing facility in Chakan, Maharashtra.
As of March 31, 2025, Kabra Extrusiontechnik had two subsidiaries: Varos Technologies Private Limited, specialising in IoT and multimedia services, and Kabra Energy Private Limited, engaged in green energy solutions. The company also had joint ventures with Kabra Mecanor Belling Technik Private Limited, while its association with Penta Auto Feeding India Limited ceased in February 2025.
