Subsequently, pursuant to a Special Resolution of its Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on October 31, 2022, the Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to ‘Interiors More Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on January 06, 2023 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.The company was founded in 2012. Initially, it focused on trading artificial flowers, importing them and selling them domestically.
