INEL manufactures ignition systems for the auto industry with a special focus on the two-wheeler segment. Its portfolio also includes sensors, control units, converters and advanced engine management systems, with growing focus on EV components.
The Company has manufacturing units in Hosur (Tamil Nadu), Puducherry and Rewari (Haryana), and an R&D Tech Center in Hosur. Its registered office is at Patullos Road, Chennai.
INEL has 1 subsidiary. In 2024–25, the foreign subsidiary's liquidation report was approved on January 10, 2025, with proceeds received on June 24, 2025, and removal from the register pending confirmation.
