• Financial and operating momentum: During 2024–25, INEL reported 16% year-on-year growth in revenue, with Profit After Tax up 38%. EBITDA improved, aided by material cost optimisation and an increased footprint in exports and aftermarket, lifting gross margin from 31.2% in 2023–24 to 32.1% in 2024–25.
• Product development and launches: INEL launched an Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) ECU for motorcycles under a technical licensing partnership with a global collaborator and progressed to extend this solution to scooters.
