  • Khavda Solar (600 MW): PPA signed in August 2023; works advanced with full site mobilisation and power-evacuation connectivity secured; priority 105 MW commissioned on June 27, 2025.

  • Khavda Solar (500 MW): PPA signed October 2023; approved by GERC on September 25, 2024; BoS & module supply awarded; land in possession and work in progress.

  • Vastan Group-Captive Solar (75 MW for GSFC & GACL): EPC awarded April 22, 2024; Phase-I 25 MW commissioned on April 22, 2025; Phase-II 50 MW commissioned on June 24, 2025.

  • Integrated Management System (ISO 9001/14001/45001/50001) recertified for three years based on 2025 audit.

  • Khavda RE Park (2,375 MW) infrastructure: Transmission (PSS-1 to KPS-II) charged on April 30, 2025; GIS & transformers energised; internal roads, drains and pond works completed; Park completion targeted by December 2026.

  • MoU with NHPC (non-binding) for pumped-storage collaboration signed on October 17, 2023.

  • Limestone lease (80 Ha) notified on February 27, 2024 to support the 500 MW plant’s balance life and extension.
