About Gujarat Apollo Industries Limited (GAIL)

Gujarat Apollo Industries Limited (GAIL) was incorporated on October 7, 1986, as a joint venture between Apollo Earthmovers Pvt. Ltd. and Gujarat Industrial Investment Corporation Limited (GIIC). Initially named Gujarat Apollo Equipments Limited, it was renamed to Gujarat Apollo Industries Limited effective November 28, 2006.

 

The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of Mining, Road Construction, and Maintenance Machinery, catering to leading mining and infrastructure companies in India and across global markets. With a legacy of nearly four decades, Gujarat Apollo has earned a reputation for delivering robust, high-uptime, and performance-driven machinery. Its R&D initiatives and continuous improvement programmes are driven by customer feedback and technological innovation, ensuring reliability and adaptability across products.

 

Traditionally known for its crushing and screening equipment, the Company is now expanding into construction and material handling machinery. Following the completion of a non-compete agreement with a previous joint venture, Gujarat Apollo has re-entered the road construction equipment segment, broadening its product portfolio. Additionally, the acquisition of Farana pick-and-carry crane technology has strengthened its presence in the material handling domain, moving it closer to its vision of becoming a one-stop equipment solutions provider.
