The year marked several key milestones. Genesys launched India’s first AI-powered navigation platform, mapping 8.3 million km of roads and 30 million points of interest, signalling its foray into next-generation automotive navigation and smart mobility. The company also expanded in the Middle East, securing major contracts from NEOM Ltd and the Saudi Geological Survey Authority. Another major achievement was the first full-scale city deployment of its OysterDT.ai 3D Digital Twin platform in Cochin, supporting property tax modernisation and urban infrastructure governance through an indigenously developed 3D Digital Twin Map Stack.

During the year, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approved the amalgamation of a wholly owned Indian subsidiary into Genesys. The scheme became effective on August 3, 2024, simplifying the corporate structure and increasing the authorised share capital.
