Ganesha Ecosphere Limited is a pioneer in PET waste recycling in India, converting discarded plastic bottles into value-added textiles and materials since inception, and has processed over 41 billion PET bottles in the last decade, positioning it as India’s largest PET bottle recycler by volume and capability. The Company manufactures Recycled Polyester Staple Fibre (RPSF), Recycled Polyester Spun Yarn (RPSY), and dyed texturised yarn used in apparel, functional fabrics, home furnishings, and toy stuffing, with non-chemical recycling and a wide scrap dealer network for feedstock sourcing across India. Manufacturing facilities are strategically located at Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh), Rudrapur (Uttarakhand), and Bilaspur (Uttar Pradesh), with a combined group capacity of 1,18,800 TPA for RPSF and yarn; additionally, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary operates an integrated rPET chips facility at Warangal, Telangana under the “Go Rewise” platform launched in FY 2022–23, with rPET bottle-grade chips introduced in 2023 to strengthen the circular plastics loop. The Company’s history of disciplined expansion includes establishing wholly owned subsidiaries Ganesha Ecopet Private Limited (2019) and Ganesha Ecotech Private Limited (2020), acquiring Ganesha Overseas Private Limited (2021), and forming an associate joint venture, Ganesha Recycling Chain Private Limited (2024), to deepen raw material security and downstream washing capacities for PET flakes; as of March 31, 2025, three subsidiaries are 100% owned and one associate is held at 49%.
Allotted 1,10,000 equity shares upon conversion of warrants on March 31, 2025; paid-up equity increased to 2,54,56,984 shares as of March 31, 2025.
