• Eco Recycling continues to expand its capacity and capabilities in response to the growing demand for sustainable waste management solutions. In FY 2024-25, the company successfully commissioned an additional 18,000 MTPA of recycling capacity at its Vasai facility, bringing its total capacity to 31,200 MTPA. This expansion was fully funded through internal accruals, maintaining Ecoreco’s debt-free status.
• The company also introduced advancements in technology for precious metal recovery and continued to build stronger relationships with producers and enterprises to enhance its service offerings. Ecoreco is focused on expanding its operations in the emerging lithium-ion battery recycling market, which has become an area of strategic growth.
• A significant milestone was the recognition received from Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his 97th Mann Ki Baat, where he acknowledged Ecoreco’s role in India’s circular economy and the launch of its mobile app, BookMyJunk, which facilitates door-to-door e-waste collection.
