As part of its capital allocation programme, the Company invested ₹83.10 crore in the Shirwal plant—representing 21.21% of gross block—to scale transmission systems manufacturing, improve unit capital costs and drive economies of scale.

Product and capacity: The Company introduced India’s first indigenous EV transmissions and developed five EV driveline products.
