Dhunseri Tea Industries (DTIL) is engaged in manufacturing and sale of tea. DTIL has been in the business of manufacturing of Tea for the last several decades. It has been expanding its business operations and it presently has Tea Estates and its Te 
The Company is engaged in the cultivation, harvesting and sale of loose and packet tea, supported by integrated factory operations across its estates. It also participates in offshore plantation activities through its subsidiaries.
Dhunseri owns eleven tea estates, all located in Assam, each with its own factory. As on March 31, 2025, the Company managed 6,861.12 hectares of plantation area.
Key developments included the Company becoming a subsidiary of NDGL after a majority stake acquisition, disposal of the Dilli Tea Estate as part of rationalisation, improvement in tea quality leading to better realisations, and ongoing expansion of offshore macadamia operations.
