The Company purchased 30,78,759 equity shares of Dhunseri Ventures Limited (DVL) from Naga Dhunseri Group Limited (NDGL) and sold 48,09,595 equity shares of Dhunseri Tea and Industries Limited (DTIL) to NDGL.
