The Company’s equity shares are listed on BSE and NSE with effect from November 26, 2021, underscoring its transition into the public market after nearly two decades of operations. Dhruv provides project management consultancy and specialized engineering services across roads, highways, bridges, architecture, waste management and ports, supporting clients through planning, design, engineering and oversight on complex infrastructure mandates.

The Company serves clients in India and has initiated an international footprint, reflecting its stated ambition to deliver solutions “across the globe”. As of March 31, 2025, Dhruv has 1 wholly owned subsidiary; there are no associate or joint venture companies as per the Companies Act, 2013.
