About Delta Manufacturing Limited

Delta Manufacturing Limited (DML), incorporated in 1982, is one of India’s oldest and most established business houses. The Company operates across two primary business lines:

  1. the manufacture and supply of magnets to tier-1 suppliers catering to two-wheeler, three-wheeler and passenger vehicle OEMs, as well as electronics and aerospace manufacturers in India and international markets; and
  2. the design, manufacture and supply of garment trims, including woven labels, heat transfers, fabric-printed labels, and elastic and non-elastic tapes, serving leading garment and textile companies across India.

DML operates three integrated manufacturing and R&D facilities in India, underscoring its emphasis on technology-enabled capability building and continuous product innovation. In its trims business, the Company strengthened its footprint by establishing a dedicated manufacturing facility in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, enabling faster delivery cycles, deeper customer engagement and improved access to one of India’s largest knitwear and apparel hubs.

The Company supplies magnet products both within India and globally, while its trims vertical is predominantly India-focused. DML operates through two subsidiaries, along with strategic partnerships that enhance its product portfolio and improve capacity utilisation across business lines.

A key restructuring milestone during the year was the transfer of the Company’s soft ferrites manufacturing business, approved by the Board on December 13, 2024, and by shareholders on January 22, 2025. The business was transferred via a slump sale on a going-concern basis to MMG Ferrites Private Limited as part of DML’s portfolio realignment strategy in magnets. This transaction was recognised as an exceptional item in the year’s financial statements.

DML’s growth strategy continues to focus on transformation, technology and innovation, expanding from traditional product lines into newly developed, technologically advanced components and sub-systems for automotive, electronics and apparel supply chains.
