About Career Point Edutech Limited

Career Point Edutech Limited traces its origins to 1993, when it began as a small classroom in Kota with just 50 students. Over more than three decades, it has evolved into a multi-vertical education enterprise offering formal education solutions, test preparation, digital learning and educational publishing. Its mission continues to centre on making learning accessible, affordable and impactful for students across India and beyond.

The Company’s portfolio spans a broad spectrum of learning verticals, including:

  • Franchise-led test preparation centres,
  • The eCareerPoint digital learning platform offering live and recorded classes with adaptive analytics,
  • CP Techno Academy, which partners with schools to deliver integrated K–12 academic solutions, and
  • CP Publications, which publishes 400+ titles used by lakhs of learners nationwide.

During FY 2024–25, the test preparation network operated 42 active franchise centres serving 5,845 students across India. CP Techno Academy expanded significantly, with 75 partner schools scheduled to commence operations in the 2025–26 academic session. CP Publications deepened its presence with an expanding catalogue, while the eCareerPoint platform continued to advance hybrid education models.

The Company reported a managed capacity of over 36,000 students, demonstrating scale, institutional readiness and growth potential across verticals.

Career Point Edutech Limited serves learners across India and also records revenue from customers outside India; however, all non-current assets are located domestically. Its Registered Office is in Mohali, Punjab, and the Corporate Office is in Kota, Rajasthan, aligning its operational and strategic presence with India’s premier tutorial hub.

The Group comprises four subsidiaries, whose financial statements are consolidated and audited either by the Company’s statutory auditor or by other auditors, as applicable. As of March 31, 2025, the Company employed 107 people, supported by contractual staff as part of its flexible and scalable operational model.

Key milestones include the implementation of an NCLT-approved Scheme of Arrangement, under which the entire education business of the erstwhile Career Point Limited was merged into Career Point Edutech Limited with effect from April 1, 2023—making FY25 the first audited financial year post-merger.
