Bodal Chemicals Limited Key Milestones
Key milestones include commissioning the greenfield Saykha facility on December 29, 2023, and adding benzene derivatives—MCB, PNCB, ONCB, MNCB and DCB—using German adiabatic nitration technology and India’s first continuous crystallisation system for PNCB sourced from Switzerland. In FY25, Saykha began commercial contribution, marking Bodal’s entry into higher-value, compliance-driven specialty chemicals. The Company also permanently discontinued its older Vatva units (Units I–III), with production absorbed at Vadodara and Kosi, lowering fixed overheads and improving environmental compliance.
