BLAL manages and monetises identified surplus/non-core land assets transferred from BEML Limited. The company has proposed leasing certain land parcels and is evaluating other monetisation or development options with requisite approvals.

The company’s properties are located across 12 cities in 10 states in India. Title registrations are progressing, with Bhopal and New Delhi completed on March 21, 2025, and April 8, 2025, respectively.

As on March 31, 2025, BLAL was yet to commence commercial operations. The company had three employees at that date.
