Belrise Industries Limited was incorporated as ‘Badve Engineering Private Limited’, as a private limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956, vide certificate of incorporation dated September 25, 1996 issued by the Additional Registra 
Belrise Industries manufactures a wide range of auto components, including chassis and frame assemblies, sheet metal, silencers, and plastic moulded and painted parts. Its portfolio is organised into sheet metal, plastic and polymer, suspension, and e‑mobility (electric powertrain).
The group has 17 manufacturing units across 10 cities in India and serves both domestic and international customers. It also operates two state‑of‑the‑art facilities in Greater Noida and Bhiwadi.
BIL consolidates three subsidiaries. These include entities focused on trading, domestic manufacturing, and a new defence and aerospace venture.
