The group operates 17 manufacturing units across 10 cities in India, enabling proximity to customers and efficient supply chain management. It also runs two state‑of‑the‑art facilities in Greater Noida and Bhiwadi. The company serves both domestic and international markets and added three new customers during fiscal 2025. BIL has three subsidiaries on a consolidated basis. Key milestones include its founding in 1996, a name transition from Badve Engineering Ltd; ongoing product premiumisation, and a May 2025 initial public offering (IPO) that strengthened the balance sheet.
