About Belrise Industries Limited

Belrise Industries Limited (BIL), previously known as Badve Engineering Ltd, was set up in September 1996 by promoter Mr. Shrikant Badve. The company manufactures auto components, with a diversified portfolio spanning chassis and frame assemblies, sheet metal, exhaust systems (silencers), plastic moulded and painted parts, and assemblies for auto and consumer durables. Its products are organised into four major segments: sheet metal, plastic and polymer, suspension, and e‑mobility (electric powertrain). BIL has built a strong market position in two‑ and three‑wheeler components and is a preferred vendor to top original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The group operates 17 manufacturing units across 10 cities in India, enabling proximity to customers and efficient supply chain management. It also runs two state‑of‑the‑art facilities in Greater Noida and Bhiwadi. The company serves both domestic and international markets and added three new customers during fiscal 2025. BIL has three subsidiaries on a consolidated basis. Key milestones include its founding in 1996, a name transition from Badve Engineering Ltd; ongoing product premiumisation, and a May 2025 initial public offering (IPO) that strengthened the balance sheet.
