Founded in 2015, Awfis Space Solutions Limited has grown to become India’s leading provider of flexible workspace solutions. Over the years, Awfis has marked several milestones: reaching the 100-centre milestone, crossing 1,34,000 operational seats, successfully listing on NSE and BSE in an IPO oversubscribed 108 times, and launching its premium “Elite by Awfis” centre in Hyderabad. The company follows an asset-light Managed Aggregation model, which enables efficient scaling in both Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities, supported by partnerships with developers and space owners.

By geography, Awfis operates across 9 Tier-1 and 9 Tier-2 cities, with micro-market penetration in over 58 locations. Occupancy stood at 73% on a blended basis in FY25.
