Founded in 1989, ASK Automotive Limited has established itself as a market leader in friction technology and precision engineering, specialising in critical safety systems for the automotive industry. Headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, the company began manufacturing operations at its ASK-1 facility and entered the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) market with two-wheeler brake shoes as its first safety product. Over the years, it has expanded through technical collaborations with global leaders such as HSH Safety Control Cable Ind. Co. Ltd. (Taiwan), NUCAP (Canada), LIOHO (Taiwan), and Kyushu Yanagawa Seiki (Japan).
ASK today operates 18 advanced manufacturing facilities across India, exporting to 14 countries, with a network of over 400 dealers serving the Independent Aftermarket (IAM). The company enjoys long-standing relationships—some extending 32 years—with marquee Indian and global OEMs.
Its product portfolio is powertrain-agnostic, addressing both internal combustion and electric vehicles, and spans three primary categories: Advanced Braking Systems (ABS), Aluminium Lightweighting Precision Solutions (ALPS), and Safety Control Cables (SCC).
