Indo-MIM IPO Listing Details
Indo-MIM shares are scheduled to list on both the BSE and NSE on July 30, 2026, at 10 AM. The stock's opening price will be decided through exchange price discovery on listing day itself, and can end up above, at, or below the ₹485 issue price, regardless of what current grey market chatter suggests.
Grey market premium has been signalling a strong debut, hovering around the ₹190 mark after the subscription window closed. Based on the upper issue price of ₹485, this points toward a listing gain of roughly 39%. GMP is unofficial and purely sentiment-driven, so it shouldn't be treated as a guarantee of how the stock will actually perform on debut, but the scale of oversubscription alongside this GMP does point to healthy investor confidence.
What Happens Once Indo-MIM IPO Allotment is Out?
| Event | Date |
| Basis of Allotment Finalised | July 28, 2026 |
| Refunds for Unsuccessful Applicants | July 29, 2026 |
| Shares Credited to Demat Account | July 29, 2026 |
| Listing Date | July 30, 2026 |
Given how heavily oversubscribed this issue was, at 72.37 times overall, allotment chances are notably slim for many applicants, and you may end up with only a partial allotment or none at all, even if you applied for multiple lots. This is standard under SEBI's allotment process for oversubscribed issues and isn't anything to worry about.
If you didn't get an allotment, the amount blocked in your account through ASBA or UPI will simply be released on July 29, there's no separate refund process to wait for since nothing was actually debited upfront. If you received a partial allotment, only the unused portion of the blocked amount gets released.
If you were allotted shares, they'll be credited to your demat account by July 29, a day ahead of listing. If you miss out on allotment altogether and still want in, you always have the option of buying the stock from the secondary market once it lists, provided the valuation still fits your investment thesis at that point.
