At Ventura's head office, each department decorates its bay around an Independence Day theme.
People bring ideas from home. They cut, paint, arrange, improvise, and somehow find time between regular work to make their corner of the office feel special.
By evening, the same floor we walk on every day looks completely different, and every year I enjoy seeing it for the same reason.
The decorations are beautiful, but what stays with me is the effort behind them.
A workplace is built through targets, processes, and performance. A sense of belonging comes from smaller moments like these, when people participate because they genuinely want to.
Different departments have different ideas and interpretations of what India means to them. Yet, by the end, the entire office comes together under the same three colors.
Perhaps that is what makes this tradition so meaningful. India itself has always found strength in people who think differently, work differently, and still build together.
Proud of the energy our teams bring to this tradition year after year in Ventura’s head office on the eve of Independence Day.
