Meesho and Lenskart Solutions are likely to remain in focus after the report of stake sales through block deals. As per reports, Y Combinator is likely to offload up to 1.05% stake in Meesho through a block deal. The value of the transaction is likely to be around ₹957.5 crore, with a floor price at ₹197.5 per share.

Lenskart Solutions could also see increased trading activity after a report that SoftBank Vision Fund (SVF) II Lightbulb Cayman was looking to sell up to 2.6% stake. The offer size was seen at around $300 million, with a floor price at ₹635 per share. Block deals involving prominent institutional investors could act as a catalyst for both stocks.

Bank Of Baroda Raises $400 Million Through Bonds Issuance

Bank of Baroda declared that it has issued an additional $400 million of senior unsecured Reg-S fixed-rate notes. The all-in yield on the five-year notes came to 5.389% per annum against the original coupon of 5.318% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrears.

The deal, which is a tap issue of the existing outstanding fixed-rate notes maturing on August 20, 2031, will be issued on behalf of the Bank by its IFSC Banking Unit at GIFT City, Gandhinagar, on August 27, 2026, and listed on the Singapore Exchange, India INX GIFT City and NSE IX GIFT City. Pharma Stocks To Watch For FDA Inspection Developments

The pharma sector stocks are likely to be in focus after developments around FDA inspections. Caplin Point Laboratories announced that an unannounced FDA inspection of the company’s injectable and eye ointment facility at Gummidipoondi concluded with the observation of 10 points. The firm added that the observations were procedural in nature, did not pertain to data integrity and were not repeat observations.

Natco Pharma also reported that the inspection of its finished dosage formulations facility at Visakhapatnam by the USFDA concluded with four observations. The company stated that the observations pertained to procedural aspects. Similarly, Choksi Laboratories stated that its central lab at Indore was inspected by the USFDA resulting in four observations.

Aurobindo Pharma’s stock may see action after inspection of AuroPeptides’ facility at Sangareddy concluded with only one observation related to maintenance of facilities and equipment. The observation did not relate to data integrity or other GMP requirements.

NTPC Green Energy Likely To Remain In Focus After Winning 500 MW Order

NTPC Green Energy is expected to remain in focus after its wholly-owned subsidiary, NTPC Renewable Energy, emerged as a winner in a SECI e-reverse auction. The company has bagged a capacity of 500 MW assured peak renewable energy at a tariff of ₹6.00/kWh.

The SECI conducted the bidding for procurement of 6,000 MWh or 1,500 MW for four hours from ISTS-connected renewable energy generators through e-reverse auction. The win would add to NTPC Green Energy’s renewable energy capacity and aid its expansion plans.

Zee Entertainment, Craftsman Automation And Shree Renuka Sugars In Focus

Zee Entertainment Enterprises has allotted 20.94 crore convertible warrants to promoter-group owned Sunbright Mauritius at a price of ₹126 per warrant as against the issue price of ₹133.96 per warrant on a preferential basis. The company has received ₹659.76 crore against the issuance and the balance 75% is payable upon conversion of the warrants into equity shares.

Craftsman Automation announced the incorporation of Craftsman Fronberg Precision GmbH in Germany, which will be promoted by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Craftsman Germany GmbH. Shree Renuka Sugars is also likely to see increased trading activity after ICICI Bank sold a 2.17% stake in the company, reducing its stake to 6.79% from 8.96%.
