IPO calendar highlighting nine public issues opening between July 28 and July 31

India's primary market is set for a busy week with nine IPOs aiming to raise around ₹11,707 crore between July 28 and July 31. Manipal Health Enterprises and Juniper Green Energy are among the key mainboard offerings, while six SME IPOs span sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, renewable energy and education.

Primary market gearing up for a packed week as there are nine IPOs lined up that are set to be listed between July 28 and July 31. The pipeline of upcoming IPOs is composed of three main board offerings and six SME offerings that collectively intend to raise a total of ₹11,707 crore.

The new IPOs will give investors exposure to industries such as health care, renewable energy, manufacturing, electrical equipment, and education. In addition to issuance of new equity, many of the IPOs have an OFS element as well.

IPO Schedule: July 28-31, 2026

IPOs will kick off from July 28 through Poojaa Precision Engg. Ltd. The price band of the SME issue will be between ₹285 and ₹301 for each share and will help raise ₹159.83 crore. The subscription period will go on till July 30.

From July 29, two firms will get listed in the capital markets. The largest IPO of the week will be of Manipal Health Enterprises Ltd., with a plan to raise ₹9,275.22 crore. The IPO will include the issuance of ₹1,275.22 crore along with an OFS of ₹8,000 crore. The price band of ₹560 to ₹590 per share has been fixed for this IPO, while the bidding will conclude on July 31.

Along with Manipal Health, another firm, H.R. Hygiene Products Ltd., will bring out its SME IPO from July 29. The price band will be between ₹83 and ₹88 per share for raising ₹53.95 crore.

Five IPOs to Open on July 30

The month of July will see July 30th as the busiest day in the week when five different companies will make their debut public offering.

Juniper Green Energy Ltd, which is a renewable energy company, will commence its ₹1,800 crore mainboard IPO. The price band set by the company is at ₹214-₹225 per share with the closing date for issue on August 3.

Similarly, MV Electrosystems Ltd will begin its mainboard IPO on July 30. The company is seeking to raise ₹290 crore from the issue where the price band set by the company is ₹400-₹425 per share.

On July 30, the SME segment will witness three IPOs opening. Oneindig Technologies Ltd has set a price band of ₹91-₹96 per share whereas the price band for Dhaval Packaging Ltd is ₹92-₹97 per share. Fusion Klassroom Edutech Ltd will offer shares priced at ₹151-₹159 per share for ₹39.04 crore.

Final IPO Launches of the Week

On July 31, G.V. Electricals Ltd will open its SME IPO with a price band of ₹123 to ₹130 per share. The company plans to raise ₹42.25 crore through the issue. The subscription period for both Fusion Klassroom Edutech and G.V. Electricals will close on August 4.

IPO Pipeline Remains Strong as Investor Sentiment Improves

The robust performance in IPOs follows a trend of companies that had deferred their fundraising plans due to worsening conditions entering into the market now on account of improved conditions.

More than a dozen companies including Zepto, Truhome Finance, and Shiprocket are also in line for market debut in August. The new wave of IPOs is likely to mobilize more than ₹25,000 crore.

Zepto plans to raise upto ₹8,010 crore by making a fresh issue along with offering old shares (OFS) up to 113.4 million equity shares. Truhome Finance, which is a housing finance company, plans to make an IPO of ₹3,000 crore by way of a fresh issue and OFS of ₹1,500 crore each.

Elevate Campuses has made a plan to mobilize ₹2,550 crore through a fresh issue, whereas Shiprocket has filed an IPO of ₹2,342.35 crore including ₹1,100 crore through a fresh issue and ₹1,242.35 crore through OFS.

Other companies in line for IPO include Innovation India, Milky Mist Dairy Food, Dhoot Transmission, Asset Reconstruction Company India Ltd. (ARCIL), Ardee Industries, Gaja Alternative Asset Management, Rays of Belief, Hy-Tech Engineers, Shankesh Jewellers and Learnfluence Education.
