Order Details of Flyover Project Received by PNC Infratech

PNC Infratech Limited announced on June 7, 2025, that it has received a 'Letter of Acceptance' (LoA) from PWD-Rajasthan for a new project. The LoA, dated June 6, 2025, is for the "Construction of Flyover from Heeradas Chouraha to Kumher Gate Chouraha in Bharatpur City, Bharatpur"

The project is an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract awarded by a domestic entity, PWD-Rajasthan. The nature of the order is the construction of a flyover in Bharatpur City, Bharatpur (Rajasthan). The completion period for this project is 24 months, and the awarded value is ₹239.94 Crore. 

The company’s total order book as on March 31, 2025 is ₹17,792 crore. According to the investor presentation, road highway, road expressway, railway and canal EPC projects constitute 83% of the total order-book

Latest Financial Result of PNC Infratech

The company reported a significant decline in its quarterly financials for the quarter ending March 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations fell to ₹1,704 crore from ₹2,600 crore in the same quarter last year, registering a year-on-year (YoY) decline of 34.46%. Profit after tax also saw a steep drop of 81.06%, coming down to ₹75 crore compared to ₹396 crore reported in the March 2024 quarter.

For the full year ended March 2025, the company posted consolidated revenue of ₹6,769 crore, down 21.75% from ₹8,650 crore reported in the previous financial year. The annual profit after tax declined by 10.19%, falling to ₹820 crore in FY25 from ₹913 crore in FY24. The subdued performance reflects pressure on both topline and bottomline metrics over the year.
