FY25 Sales Peak for Brigade

Brigade Enterprises reported record real estate sales of ₹7,847 crore in FY25, with strong leasing growth and improved profitability. Despite a solid Q4 performance, the stock fell 2.3% after hitting a 3-month high on Thursday.

The share price of Brigade Enterprises fell 2.3% after touching a 3-month high on Thursday. As of 02:47 PM IST, the stock price was trading at ₹1,065.50, retreating from 200-DEMA. On the YTD basis, the stock price has declined by more than 14%, while in the last one month it is up by 12.38%. The company recorded the highest-ever real estate sales value in FY25. Details as follows:

Brigade Enterprises Q4 Results

Brigade Enterprises Ltd. reported strong operational performance for the financial year ended March 2025 (FY25). 

Real estate sales increased by 31% year-on-year, reaching a record value of ₹7,847 crore, up from ₹6,013 crore in FY24. Sales volume for the year stood at 7.05 million square feet. Collections also improved, rising 23% to ₹7,250 crore and cash flow from operations increased by 36%, amounting to ₹2,135 crore. The leasing segment saw a 24% revenue growth to ₹1,165 crore, up from ₹938 crore in the previous year. Retail consumption posted a modest 4% year-on-year growth. Brigade’s leasing vertical witnessed an increase of 24% in revenue, growing from ₹ 938 crore in FY 24 to ₹ 1,165 crore in FY 25. Brigade’s overall retail consumption grew by 4% during FY25 over FY24. 

For Q4 FY25, the company achieved a real estate sales volume of 2.03 million square feet, translating into a sales value of ₹2,448 crore — a 9% increase over Q4 FY24. Collections during the quarter rose to ₹1,929 crore from ₹1,838 crore a year earlier. The leasing vertical posted a 34% increase in revenue, reaching ₹331 crore in Q4 FY25 compared to ₹247 crore in Q4 FY24.

For full-year (FY25), Brigade Enterprises Ltd reported consolidated revenue of ₹5,314 crore in FY25, marking a 5% growth from FY24. The company’s EBITDA stood at ₹1,654 crore, reflecting a 21% increase, with an EBITDA margin of 31%. Profit After Tax (PAT) reached ₹680 crore, showing a 69% rise compared to the previous year.

In Q4 FY25, total consolidated revenue came in at ₹1,532 crore. EBITDA for the quarter was ₹488 crore with an EBITDA margin of 32%. Profit After Tax for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹249 crore, up from ₹211 crore in Q4 FY24.

Commenting on the company’s performance, the managing director said that,”FY25 has been a landmark year for Brigade Group, with meaningful contributions across our businesses. The consistent demand has fuelled our expansion, and with a strong pipeline of 26 mn sft of ongoing projects and approximately 15 mn sft of upcoming developments, we are confident that we can maintain this momentum in the coming quarters as well. Furthermore, as of March 31, 2025, Brigade has achieved a significant milestone—successfully delivering 100 mn sft of built-up space across all its projects since inception.”

Final Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.5 per equity share for FY 2024–25. The record date is yet to be announced.
