The journey began with a single 14‑storey commercial tower in Bengaluru and has grown into 300+ buildings and over 100 million sq. ft. developed across India’s urban landscape. – Real Estate (Development for sale)
  • FY25 saw record pre‑sales of ₹7,847 crore on 7.05 million sq. ft., with a 40% rise in average realisation to ₹11,138/sq. ft.; collections reached ₹7,250 crore .
