ZF CVCS operates its business activities exclusively within India through six manufacturing sites and two office locations spread across Chennai (Ambattur, Mahindra World City, Oragadam, Porur and Ramapuram) and Jamshedpur, Pantnagar and Lucknow. The Company does not maintain any operations outside of India.
The company operates one wholly owned subsidiary as its only subsidiary. The company operated without associates or joint ventures throughout FY 2024-25.
