Vardhman Textiles Limited is a public company incorporated on October 8, 1973 (originally as Mahavir Spinning Mills Limited; renamed on September 5, 2006), with its registered office at Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana. The Company manufactures cotton yarn, synthetic yarn, woven fabric and garments, and is listed on the National Stock Exchange and BSE. Headquartered in Ludhiana, it is the flagship of the Vardhman Group and is known for vertically integrated operations delivering premium yarns, fabrics and garments across multiple states in India . The Company operates 15 manufacturing facilities and reports India’s largest spindle count, supported by an in-house design capability and comprehensive processing and printing capacities .

 

Vardhman’s footprint spans India (notably Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh), with fabric units in Baddi and Budhni and yarn units in Ludhiana, Malerkotla, Baddi, Mandideep, Satlapur and Budhni. Internationally, the Company sells to 60+ nations.
