The BSS portfolio covers sales enablement, employee background verification, audits and assurance, airport ground handling, mailroom management, niche logistics, and business process outsourcing, serving sectors such as IT/ITES, manufacturing, hospitality, and healthcare.

UDS operates in two broad segments—IFM and BSS—maintaining a consistent business focus during the year. It has a wide national presence with 56 points of presence across India and an international footprint in South-East Asia, South Korea, and Europe, enabling robust recruitment, deployment, and monitoring across many customer sites. The Group structure comprises 12 subsidiaries as of March 31, 2025, with no joint ventures or associates in the year under review. Formerly named Updater Services Private Limited, UDS is now listed on NSE and BSE following an IPO on October 4, 2023, which raised Rs 640 crore through a fresh issue and an offer for sale, enhancing its financial capacity for growth initiatives.
