The company was originally incorporated as ‘Trident Techlabs Private Limited’ a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated May 9, 2000, issued by the Registrar of Companies, N.C.T. of Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi (RoC).
