TARC Limited is a Delhi-based real estate developer focused on differentiated luxury residential projects and curated urban spaces, with origins in a 2020 demerger from Anant Raj Limited and subsequent consolidation of project entities under the TARC banner. The Company undertakes development of high-end residences and allied real estate activities, supported by in-house capabilities in land aggregation, legal, design coordination, and project execution across the National Capital Region, with no manufacturing plants and registered office at 2nd Floor, C-3, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi 110016. Operations are domestic, and the Group structure includes numerous wholly owned subsidiaries and step-down subsidiaries engaged in project holding and execution across Delhi NCR; as at March 31, 2025, the consolidated group lists over 50 subsidiaries including TARC Projects Limited, Green View Buildwell Limited, High Land Meadows Limited, and others. Notable milestones in FY 2024–25 include board and committee strengthening, debt market activity for NCDs, and continuation of technology-led construction and sustainability initiatives across projects.

The Company operates in India with project activities concentrated in Delhi NCR; there are no international operations disclosed for FY 2024–25.
Share capital remained listed on NSE and BSE; on debt, the Company executed a premature partial NCD redemption, listed 40,900 NCDs in April 2025, and managed rating actions from Acuite and Infomerics during the year.
