SJVN Limited is a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise and a joint venture of the Government of India and the Government of Himachal Pradesh, headquartered in Shimla (Himachal Pradesh). In FY 2024-25, SJVN traded 147.41 Million Units of power under its Category‑1 trading licence, underscoring its diversified role in the power value chain.
