Standalone FY 2024–25 revenue was India Rs 2,575.06 crore and International Rs 12.45 crore; consolidated FY 2024–25 revenue was India Rs 2,679.12 crore and International Rs 760.07 crore.

The Group includes wholly owned subsidiaries in India, Australia, Spain, Hungary, U.S., and Dubai, including Joyce Foam Pty Limited, Staqo Software Private Limited, Sleepwell Enterprises Private Limited, International Foam Technologies S.L, Staqo World Private Limited, Sheela Foam Trading L.L.C, and step-down and Kurlon subsidiaries as listed in the consolidated note on interests in other entities.

The Company acquired control of Kurlon Enterprise Limited with a finalised purchase consideration of Rs 1,970.78 crore and is pursuing a Scheme of Amalgamation of Kurlon Enterprise Limited with Sheela Foam Limited, pending NCLT and other approvals.
