SHK managed operations seamlessly after a fire at Vashivali and is reinstating that facility while setting up a new unit at Vanavate. It announced Rs 200 crore capex for FY 2025-26, expanded capabilities with a UK Creative Development Centre, and made portfolio changes including making Keva Germany GmbH a wholly owned subsidiary.
