About RattanIndia Power Limited

RattanIndia Power Limited (RPL) is a public company incorporated in 2007 and domiciled in India. It is principally engaged in power generation, distribution, trading and transmission, along with allied and incidental activities.

The Company operates a 1,350 MW coal-based thermal power plant at Amravati, Maharashtra (5 units × 270 MW). Power from 1,200 MW is supplied to Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) under long-term PPAs; additional uncontracted power—up to 28 MW in FY 2024–25—was sold on the Indian Energy Exchange (IEX).

RPL’s registered office is at A-49, Ground Floor, Road No. 4, Mahipalpur, New Delhi 110037, and its equity shares are listed on NSE and BSE.

Subsidiaries (as at March 31, 2025): Poena Power Development Limited (India) — 100%. Sinnar Thermal Power Limited ceased to be a subsidiary on January 18, 2024. Three overseas entities in Cyprus (Bracond, Genoformus, Renemark) were dissolved effective March 27, 2024.
