Nibe Limited (formerly known as Kavita fabrics Limited) is responsible for a range of business initiatives to fulfill its mission and to build its presence as a global organization. The company run its business through different verticals like Defenc 
Nibe manufactures and supplies precision weapons, surveillance and communication equipment, protective vehicles, and defensive/deterrence systems and components. Its capabilities include heavy fabrication, a Missile Complex, Small Arms Production, and electronics manufacturing.
The Company operates two plants in Pune and one in Bengaluru; the registered office is in Chakan and the corporate office is in Mumbai. Sales are primarily domestic; in FY 2024-25, revenue from operations was fully domestic, with no exports.
As on March 31, 2025, Nibe had six subsidiaries. The Company also reported that it had no associates or joint ventures during the year.
