It manufactures and sells passenger and commercial vehicles through NEXA, Arena and Commercial channels, and also sells genuine parts and accessories. The Company exports to nearly 100 countries .

The Company manufactures at Gurugram, Manesar and Kharkhoda in Haryana, and through its wholly owned subsidiary in Gujarat. Overall capability is about 2.6 million units per annum, with the Kharkhoda plant commencing commercial production in FY 2024-25 .

The Board approved the amalgamation of Suzuki Motor Gujarat with MSIL, expanded capacity at Kharkhoda, and advanced BEV plans with the e VITARA as the exclusive global production model. The Company also expanded its domestic network and strengthened exports, including shipments of FRONX and Jimny 5-door to Japan .
