Pursuant to a special resolution passed by its shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on June 27, 2023, the company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to ‘Kontor Space Limited’, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 19, 2023 was issued to its Company by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.The company provide “space-as-a-service” by renting and managing commercial spaces.
