HFCL operates through 6 domestic plants and 72 Indian offices and 11 international offices while exporting to more than 45 countries including Germany, France, UK, USA, Canada, Mexico, South Africa, Turkey and UAE.

The business revenue distribution between products and projects shifted to 61% products and 39% projects in FY25 while exports reached 10% of total revenue.
