Hexaware Technologies Limited was incorporated as ‘Aptech Information Systems Limited’, a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 on November 20, 1992, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation granted by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai (RoC). The company obtained a certificate of commencement of business on December 31, 1992 from the RoC. The name of the company was changed to ‘Aptech Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 5, 1996 was granted by the RoC. The Equity Shares of the company were listed on BSE and NSE in 1997. The name of the company was subsequently changed to ‘Hexaware Technologies Limited’ pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 2, 2002 granted by the RoC.Hexaware Technologies is a global digital and technology services company with artificial intelligence (AI) at its core.
