Key milestones in the year included the conversion of USD 275 million FCCBs into 11,12,41,666 equity shares on July 10, 2024, and recognition of an exceptional gain following waiver of accrued interest by the FCCB holders.
Investments and Structure Changes: GPUIL acquired 26% in Portus Ventures Private Limited during the year; GEL acquired an additional 50% in GTOMPL on March 27, 2025.
